John Lynwood Rouse joined the U. S. Air Force on March 3, 1954. He went to basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. Upon completion of his basic training, he was station at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona for Approximately eight months. After Luke he was sent to Operations Location at Barford, England where he remained. He was discharged at Manhattan Beach Air Force Base Station, Brooklyn 35, NY on November 28, 1957.
