PFC Maurice Outlaw served in Army’s Seventh Infantry Division during World War Two. The unit served in the Aleutian Islands, Guam and Philippine Island. His awards included the Combat Infantry Badge, Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, Pacific Campaign and Philippine Island Campaign ribbons.
