Technical Sergeant Ousnamer enter the United States Marine Corps from Kinston, North Carolina. He was a member of Headquarters Battery, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marines, 1st Marine Division. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in Korea on July 3, 1951.
