SSGT Jimmie Lloyd Mc Bynum entered the US Army from Kinston, North Carolina. He served in Vietnam with the Special Forces Unit Detachment B-52 (Project Delta) Headquarters Company, 5th Special Forces Group from October 11,1965 until he was killed on October 21,1965.
